Objectives of the plan:

The purpose of establishing a Quality Management System in Miladpernia Iranian Company is to improve the quality of our products and services. This system includes the use of specific standards, methods, processes and tools to ensure quality and greater productivity in all stages of production and sales and other supporting sectors.
Due to the use of the quality management system, we have been able to identify the weak points in the processes, correct them and improve our overall performance. These improvements lead to increasing customer satisfaction, reducing resource wastage, increasing productivity and increasing the company’s competitive ability.
Finally, the main goal of the quality management system is to improve the quality of the organization’s performance and ensure its sustainable growth in different markets.

Executive activities of the project:

The quality management system (QMS) includes several executive activities that are carried out in order to ensure the quality of products or services and to continuously improve the processes and performance of the organization. Some of the main executive activities in the quality management system are:
 
– Quality planning: determining the organization’s quality strategies and goals, identifying customer needs, determining quality goals and planning to achieve them.
 
– Risk assessment: identifying and evaluating risks related to processes and products in order to prevent problems and improve the quality system.
 
– Formulation and implementation of quality policy: determining the organization’s quality policies, goals and commitments and ensuring that all employees comply with them.
 
– Designing processes and control processes: determining and optimizing the overall processes of the organization in order to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
 
– Implementation of trainings and raising awareness: training employees about quality methods and standards, and ensuring they understand the role and importance of quality.
